anyway. hours it took for me to finish (just so i can track down my progress):
first stage (everything minus shading) = 1 and 1/2
second stage (shading) = 1
and that obviously equals to two and a half hours.
most shading parts are just made up, only the socks, the main part of the chucks, and the inside part of the chucks' shading were based on the picture.
